Membership in the Samuel Council Chapter is open to all without regard to race, gender, or ethnicity, just as the 555th stood for inclusion before the Army required it.

By joining, you become part of a mission to preserve one of America's most important and least-told military stories, support scholarship recipients in Cumberland County, and honor those who served.
